King Billy Terms and Conditions: Rules That Apply to Australian Players

Eligibility rules are short, and breaking any of them can cost the balance:

• The account holder must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where they live if that is higher. King Billy can ask for proof of age and suspend the account if the check fails.
• One personal account per person. Accounts that share a residential address, household, IP address or device are treated as duplicates and can be closed, with pending withdrawals cancelled and winnings confiscated.
• The account is for personal entertainment. Renting it out, selling access or sharing the login with anyone else, minors included, is not allowed.
• Players are responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where they live. Using a VPN to get around geographic restrictions is prohibited and can lead to confiscation of winnings.

The currency is picked at sign-up: AUD for a fiat account, or Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or USDT for a crypto account. King Billy does not exchange between crypto and fiat. The minimum deposit on an AUD account is A$30, and the maximum depends on the payment method shown in the cashier.

Every payment must come from an account in the player’s own name. If a deposit turns out to be from a third party, King Billy confiscates the winnings from it and returns the deposit to its owner. A deposit that is declined or charged back voids any winnings made with it.

Before a withdrawal, each deposit has to be wagered three times. If several deposits were made without play in between, the combined total must be wagered.

Withdrawal requests stay pending until verification is finished. At a minimum, King Billy asks for a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s licence, and a proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. It can also ask for proof of the payment method, a phone call to the number on file, or a video check if documents are not in Latin script.

Two deadlines matter. If King Billy cannot reach the player by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled. False or incomplete documents give King Billy the right to refuse the payout and close the account. A crypto account opened in Bitcoin needs a valid ID before the first deposit and bet.

Withdrawal limits in the terms are set per request and per period, and they apply to an AUD account as follows:

• A$60 minimum per withdrawal, or A$300 when the money goes by bank transfer.
• A$3,000 maximum per withdrawal.
• A$6,000 per day, A$22,500 per week and A$45,000 per month.

The casino day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and sit outside these limits, and higher VIP levels may get exceptions at King Billy’s discretion. Payouts are approved only from Monday 07:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC, which is Monday 17:00 to Saturday 02:00 AEST, an hour later on AEDT. A request sent after the Friday cut-off waits until Monday.

Each promotion carries its own conditions, and they take priority where they differ. The general rules in the Bonus Terms and Conditions are:

• Bonus funds are wagered 30 times before they can be withdrawn, unless the offer says otherwise.
• Pokies count 100% towards wagering; live games, table games and video poker count 5%.
• The maximum bet while a bonus is active is A$7.5.
• Real money is used first, and only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be stacked.
• Demo play and minimal-risk bets, such as red and black on the same roulette spin, do not count.

King Billy voids the bonus and its winnings when it finds abuse, for example cutting stakes and switching to low-variance games after a big win, or opening extra accounts to claim a welcome offer twice.

An account with no login and no gameplay for 12 consecutive months becomes inactive. From the following month King Billy can deduct a monthly dormancy fee, set in the terms as €20 or the equivalent in the account currency, until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and places a wager.

A bonus or win credited by mistake, through a glitch or a paytable error, stays King Billy’s money and is deducted from the balance; if it was already withdrawn, the player owes it. Software bugs must be reported by email, not used.

Complaints go to support first and are escalated inside the company if they cannot be fixed straight away. Only the account holder can file one. In a dispute over a game result, the server records are final, and any claim must be raised within one year.
